This was a tribute to those made the splendor of our Carnival queens possible. A posthumous exhibit honoring two women who have become a part of the legacy of carnival: Pimpi and Tery Gutierrez, master seamstresses who knew how to reflect the festive sentiments of the Santa Cruz Carnival through their designs.

Displaying dresses and accessories from the past, the exhibit, mounted by Quito Velasco, allowed visitors to journey through time. All these items were handmade and still glow with a personal and popular story, a nostalgic remembrance overflowing with images and good memories.
